●Foreword
In 2005 the Life Sciences sector outlined its 2020 Vision for Achieving Critical Mass. This Vision still remains in our sights. However, we face a very different world today.
The deepest global recession in a generation resulted in a period of declining output for the Scottish economy, but growth returned in 2010, and the latest forecasts show that this is likely to accelerate in 2011.
