MicroRNA Analysis Paired with Novel Cell Health Assays: A Complete Workflow

MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are small non-coding RNA molecules that regulate gene expression post-tranionally and are known to impact human health and diseases. Amplification and overexpression of individual miRNAs, or genetic loss of tumor suppressor miRNAs, are associated with human cancer.

In this webinar we will:

• Examine real-time cell health assays (viability and cytotoxicity) perturbed with common chemotherapeutic agents
• Review the effects of perturbation in real-time viability and cytotoxicity as well as histone deacetylase activity (HDAC)
• Use a novel miRNA extraction kit to analyze how perturbation may have affected expression changes in RNA regulation

Learn more about how to analyze miRNAs in human cancer cells as we present data on two studies that use novel assays to monitor cell health and purify total RNA, including miRNAs, from the same cells.
