독성예측연구 아시아 컨퍼런스
최근 빅데이터를 이용한 독성예측 연구에 대한 관심이 증가함에 따라 안전성평가연구소에서는 독성예측 연구분야의 최신 연구 정보 및 Open Resource를 이용한 연구 접근법에 대한 정보를 공유하고자 OPENTOX ASIA를 개최하게 되었습니다. 총 7개의 세션으로 구성된 이번 컨퍼런스는 ‘Data management’, ‘System Toxicology’, ‘Nanotechnology’, ‘Stem Cell Biology’, ‘Predictive Toxicology’, ‘Environmental Toxicology’, ‘Omics-driven Environment’라는 주제로, 국내외 20여 명의 관련 전문가를 초빙하여 독성예측기술 연구분야에 대한 최신 연구결과를 공유하고 이에 관한 심층적 논의를 가지고자 합니다. 특히 일본, 중국, 대만, 태국 등에서 활동하는 연구자 다수가 참석 의사를 밝힌 만큼 아시아 지역 내 연구자를 위한 긴밀한 네트워크를 지원할 예정입니다. 이번 국제 컨퍼런스가 국내 독성예측 연구 발전 및 아시아 지역의 연구 네트워크를 활성화시키는 계기가 되길 바라며, 이 분야에 관심이 있으신 연구자 분들의 많은 참여를 바랍니다.
