[초록]

Publicly available biomedical resources can promote the advance of scientific discovery. In the era of precision medicine, hospitals could collect the genome data from patients treated with various treatments. Clinical data can be integrated with genome data to develop a predictive or prognostic model. We have incorporated both clinical data such as medical test results, demographic information, treatments, survival and genomic data on mutation profiles of cancer patients. Statistical modeling strategy was designed to identify new biomarkers or potential drug targets and also to develop a predictive or prognostic model. The incorporation of the longitudinal clinical data with genomic data could increases the performances of prognostic model.
