About ICBEA

2019 3rd International Conference on Biometric Engineering and Applications (ICBEA 2019) will be held in Stockholm, Sweden during May 29-31, 2019. The objective of the 2019 3rd International Conference on Biometric Engineering and Applications (ICBEA 2019) is to provide a platform for researchers, engineers, academicians as well as industrial professionals from all over the world to present their research results and development activities on Biometric Engineering and Applications.

This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experience face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration. It is welcomed that original papers with topics related to Biometric Engineering and Applications to be presented in ICBEA 2019.

PAPER PUBLICATION

ICBEA 2017 and ICBEA 2018 accepted and registered papers has been published in ACM conference proceedings, which is indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus.

 Submitted papers will be reviewed by 2-3 technical committee or reviewers of the Conference, accepted and registered papers of ICBEA 2019 will be published in ACM Conference Proceedings (ISBN: 978-1-4503-6305-1), which will be archived in the ACM Digital Library, indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus, and ted to be reviewed by Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index (ISI Web of Science).

Publication Ethics - Penalty against Plagiarism

 We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.

 One Best Oral Presentation will be selected from each oral session. The Certificate for Best Oral Presentation will be awarded after each session of the conference on May 30, 2019.
