1. 심혈관질환 치료 개요
심혈관질환은 심장과 혈관에 관련된 질병으로 다른 질병의 영향을 받은 경우에도 심혈관질환으로 분류함. 2005년 WHO통계에 따르면 심혈관질환으로 1750만명이 사망 하였고 세계사망원인 중 30%를 차지하며 신약개발이 진행됨에도 불구하고 2015년 2000만명이 심혈관질환으로 사망할 것으로 예측됨

심혈관질환이란 심장과 혈관에 관련된 질병으로 다른 질병의 영향을 받은 경우에도 심혈관질환으로 분류됨
○ WHO의 분류 중 ICD-9에 속하는 disease of circulatory system에 속한 질환
심혈관질환은 높은 유병률과 사망률을 보이는 질환으로서 고혈압, 동맥경화, 당뇨병, 비만, 흡연, 유전적 인자 및 기타 환경적 인자들에 의해 유발되기도 함
심혈관질환은 최근 고령화에 따라 앞으로도 계속적인 증가가 예상되고 있는 선진국형 질환으로 분류됨
혈관질환 치료제는 전체 의약품 시장 20% 이상을 차지하는 거대 시장을 이루고 있으며, 경제, 사회, 산업적인 측면 모두에서 최우선적으로 다루어져야 할 질환임......계속
