뇌졸중 발생연령과 기대수명 변화 추이, 2007-2014

Transition between average age of first stroke occurrence and life expectancy in Korea, 2007-2014

[정의] 첫 발생 평균연령 : 특정질환이 처음 발생되는 평균연령
           기대수명 : 우리나라 0세의 출생아가 앞으로 생존할 것으로 기대되는 평균 생존연수(0세의 기대여명)
           표준연령 : 인구정책기준에 대해 직접 표준화방법을 이용하여 산출된 연령(2007년도 및 2014년도 인구정책 기준)

우리나라 기대수명이 2007년 79.2세에서 2014년 81.8세로 증가하였으며, 뇌졸중 첫 발생 평균연령 또한 2007년 65.7세에서 2014년 67.2세로 증가하였음. 이 데이터는 2014년도 뇌졸중의 첫 발생 표준연령이 2007년도에 비해 7년 동안 늦춰졌고, 또한 기대수명도 2.6세가 늘어나 두 지표간 양의 관계로 변화하고 있는 것으로 나타남(그림 A).

 Between 2007 and 2014, the average age of the first stroke occurrence among Korean increased slightly from 65.7 to 67.2, indicating 1.5 year increment. During the same period, Korean life expectancy increased from 79.2 to 81.8 (2.6 year increment). This data show a positive relationship between two indicators (Figure A).
