- 암 발병 기작에 대한 이해가 높아짐에 따라 표적 치료(targeted therapy)를 통한 암 치료제 개발이 많이 이루어짐
- 그러나, 새로운 표적치료제*들은 단일성분 치료제(monotherapies)로 승인받아 다른 약물과 혼합하여 사용할 수 없음
